About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in logistics and warehouse operations. This role bridges the gap between backend warehouse workflows and front-end e-commerce order fulfillment. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Fulfillment

• Process and manage online orders across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and internal systems.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders.

• Monitor and ensure accurate and on-time delivery; track shipments and resolve order issues.

2. Inventory & Stock Handling

• Monitor real-time inventory levels and sync data across platforms.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to reconcile inventory and investigate stock discrepancies.

• Support cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reporting.

3. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier partners and 3PL providers.

• Track logistics and provide timely delivery updates to internal teams and customers.

• Manage reverse logistics, return pickups, and damaged product workflows.

4. Platform & System Support

• Update product listings, availability, and order status across e-commerce portals.

• Use WMS, ERP, or Excel-based systems to manage order flows and inventory data.

• Generate and analyze reports on order dispatches, delivery KPIs, and return metrics.

5. Operational Support

• Assist in streamlining operational processes between warehouse and e-commerce teams.

• Provide order and logistics information to support the customer service team.

• Maintain courier performance logs and fulfillment efficiency records.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, especially involving warehouse or logistics functions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with inventory/order management systems.

• Working knowledge of courier and logistics platforms like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like Unicommerce, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of e-commerce workflows such as SLA adherence, RTO (Return to Origin) management, and fulfillment metrics.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
