About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces including Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, AJIO, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, sales performance tracking, and promotional planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and other marketplaces.

• Upload, manage, and optimize product listings including images, descriptions, pricing, keywords, etc.

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and returns.

• Monitor platform KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, return rate, etc.

• Plan and execute campaigns, deals, and promotions in coordination with platform category managers.

• Resolve operational issues such as order cancellations, late dispatches, or listing errors.

• Ensure timely reconciliation of payments and accurate financial tracking for each platform.

• Maintain good relationships with account managers of each platform to stay updated with best practices and opportunities.

• Analyze competition and market trends to optimize product visibility and pricing strategies.

• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and suggestions for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience handling e-commerce operations on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, pricing strategies, cataloging, and customer service.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and e-commerce dashboards.

• Knowledge of listing tools and ERP integrations (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum, Browntape, etc.) is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
