This job role is for an e-commerce start-up business of Kids' apparel brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Listing Management:
- Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and update inventory levels, product availability, and shipping information.
2. Inventory Management:
-Maintain stock inward and dispatch of goods.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage product availability.
Accounting Knowledge:
Should know basic entry in Tally for accounts and stock
Able to learn different ERPs if required
3. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Address customer concerns and issues effectively to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications -
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
