We’re looking for a motivated individual to handle daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and our website. The role involves coordinating order processing, dispatch, and courier handovers; managing returns and exchanges; maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory; and ensuring timely and quality shipments. You’ll also assist with listings, pricing, stock updates, and reports while supporting customer experience and internal coordination.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, dispatch, or warehouse coordination.

• Basic knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shiprocket.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and detail-oriented.

• Graduate preferred, with additional logistics/supply chain certification a plus.
