Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalogue Management
· Create and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
· Upload product images, titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing information accurately.
· Ensure all products are categorized correctly and attributes (colour, size, material, etc.) are consistently applied.
· Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, or listing violations promptly.
2. Content Optimization
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure listings include appropriate keywords, images, and infographics.
Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and formatting across platforms.
3. Inventory & Pricing
· Monitor stock levels and update availability on all platforms in coordination with the inventory team.
· Track and update pricing, discounts, and promotional offers as per business strategies.
· Ensure synchronization between backend inventory tools and marketplaces.
· Work with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure SKU-level accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 0–2 years of experience managing e-commerce catalogues or product listings.
· Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.
· Experience using inventory/order management systems.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and bulk uploads.
· Excellent written English and attention to detail.
· Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to product listings.
· Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
· Experience in photo editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
· Knowledge of HTML or basic coding (for formatting listings).
· Prior work with electronics, or lifestyle product catalogues.
