About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team and manage day-to-day operations across multiple online platforms like Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling backend e-commerce operations and be comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process, track, and ensure timely dispatch of all online orders.

• Product Listings: Upload and manage listings across all platforms (titles, images, descriptions, pricing).

• Return Processing: Monitor and handle return orders and their coordination.

• Claim Management: Raise and track claims for damaged, missing, or returned products.

• Accounting Support: Assist in reconciliation of payouts, charges, and deductions from marketplaces.

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of listings, pricing, returns, and stock updates.

• Packing & Shipping: Provide basic support to the packing and dispatch team as needed.

• Book Management: Keep product and inventory books organized and updated.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations preferred

• Familiarity with seller panels (Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, etc.)

• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks

• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
