Roles and Responsibility:
Position Summary:
Primary responsibilities include (i) scheduling and conducting quality SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) audits, (ii) periodically collecting Department quality metrics data, analyzing & reporting and (iii) upload-controlled documents on intranet portal.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Quality Audit Scheduling and Reporting:
1. Schedule regular quality audits by coordinating with Department head /designated staff and internal/external auditors to evaluate adherence to documented procedures. Prepare monthly/quarterly audit schedules. Be adaptable if circumstances demand for rescheduling audits.
2. Keep a track of SOPs list per Department audited to ensure 100% completed in a year (Apr-Mar)
3. Collaborate with relevant Department’s to gather necessary corrective actions towards closure of such observations within established timelines.
B. Intranet Portal Activities:
1. Where applicable, ensure SOP s conform to internal approved format prior uploading on intranet portal.
2. Maintain a copy of uploaded and withdrawn version SOPs/Department manuals.
3. Coordinate with Department’ to gather specific training/reference materials to be uploaded under ‘knowledge base (KB)’ category.
C. Metrics Analysis and Reporting:
1. Collaborate to gather quality metrics from various Department to assess the effectiveness of operational processes.
2. Compile and prepare detailed reports summarizing the results of quality audits and metrics analyses.
3. Clearly communicate findings, trends and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
4. Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and accessible to support decision-making processes.
5. Coordinate, Prepare Google Surveys + analyse & report related data.
D. Documentation:
1. Help the Quality team & other Department to create documentation.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality audit processes, findings, and recommendations.
3. Develop standardized quality metrics reporting templates for consistent and efficient reporting.
E. Training
1. Coordinate training requirements with various Department.
2. Conduct trainings (online/offline)
Qualifications and Skills:
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø Good to have effective interpersonal and digital communication abilities.
Ø Fluent in Speaking, reading & writing (typing) Kannada & English
Ø Good Computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Ø Work experience: 0-2 years
NB: Travel to other locations (mostly within Karnataka) as & when required.
