We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Management Executive to manage, organize, and store wedding-related data. The role involves copying photo and video data to hard drives and servers, organizing files systematically, and generating secure shareable links for internal teams and clients.
Copy wedding photos and videos from source devices (e.g., memory cards, cameras) to hard drives and backup servers.
Organize data folders by event name, date, and type (pre-wedding, wedding, reception, etc.).
Ensure proper labeling and avoid file duplication or data loss.
Create and manage Google Drive or cloud-based folders as required.
Generate and share download/view links for clients and internal teams.
Maintain a regular backup system and ensure all data is secure and accessible.
Coordinate with photographers, editors, and project managers for smooth data transfer.
Maintain logs of data copies, storage locations, and link sharing.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and file management.
Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud storage platforms.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
Ability to handle large files and maintain proper backups.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hard drives, USBs, and file errors.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members.
Ability to work under deadlines, especially during peak wedding seasons.
Prior experience in media, photography, or data handling is a plus.
Knowledge of basic photo/video formats and storage requirements.
Mostly office-based work. May require occasional visits to wedding/event venues.
Must be comfortable handling storage devices and working with digital files for long hours.
