Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Maintain accurate records of company information and documentation.
Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure accuracy.
Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Generate simple reports and perform regular backups.
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
