Job Objective:
To ensure the accurate, efficient, and secure entry, verification, and management of customer and company data into internal systems, supporting the company's mission of secure information storage and management.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately process and input customer information within specified deadlines.
Sort and organize records and information efficiently.
Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents.
Use internal systems to verify customer records and transmit data as required.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, ISO standards, and Iron Mountain policies and procedures.
Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader.
Carry out duties deemed necessary by Iron Mountain management.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work confidently within a multicultural environment and across all organizational levels.
Competency in using systems; IT literate with knowledge of Windows and Google-based packages.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, as the role may involve working in a warehouse environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (6:30 AM to 9:30 PM)
Saturday(Alternate /Half day)
