### Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Verify data for accuracy and correct any incompatibilities
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Generate reports as needed
• Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity

### Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus

• Good understanding of office equipment and computer hardware
