We are seeking a skilled Scanning and Data Entry Operator to manage document scanning, data entry, and record maintenance with high accuracy and efficiency. The candidate should be proficient in computer operations and keyboard shortcuts to ensure quick and error-free data handling.
Responsibilities:
Scan and upload physical documents into digital format.
Accurately enter and verify data in Excel and database systems.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
Utilize keyboard shortcuts for faster workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with the team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Report errors or technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
Good typing speed with accuracy.
Strong knowledge of computer and keyboard shortcuts.
Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
Prior experience in scanning or data entry preferred.
Ability to work full-time from the office.
