Job Title: Data Entry Executive – Textile Industry

Location: Surat (udhna )

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Experience: 6 month to 1 year (Freshers with good computer skills can also apply)

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any stream)

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and update daily production, stock, and order data in software (Tally / Excel / ERP).

• Maintain accurate records of fabric details, stock movements, and dispatch entries.

• Prepare and update purchase/sales reports.

• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for data accuracy.

• Check bills, invoices, and fabric lot details before entry.

• Maintain proper filing of documents and digital records.

Required Skills:

• Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 wpm).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Data Entry software.

• Basic understanding of Tally or ERP systems (preferred).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
