MS Enterprises is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support its backend operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data management, handling pre-sales and post-sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments such as sales, purchase, production, and CRM.
Accurately enter and update data in company systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, Google Sheets).
Support pre-sales activities such as quotations, enquiry updates, and follow-ups.
Assist post-sales operations including order tracking, job sheets, purchase entries, and invoicing support.
Verify and validate customer, vendor, and product-related data for accuracy.
Prepare regular reports for management review.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Coordinate with different backend team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle sensitive business information with confidentiality.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (35–45 WPM preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (training can be provided).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Team-oriented with basic written & verbal communication skills.
