We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review data for errors and inconsistencies; correct any incompatibilities
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform basic file organization
Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data issues or verify information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
