Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Document Scanning (Fresher)

Location: Nelamangala, Bangalore

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month{ After the deduction of ESI and PF }

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational (Timings as per company schedule)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in data management and documentation. The role involves accurate data entry and document scanning to ensure digital and physical records are maintained with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from physical and digital documents into internal systems.

• Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents using scanning equipment and relevant software.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and verify output.

• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.

• Assist with routine data maintenance and file management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates.

• Manage and organize electronic files and ensure easy retrieval.

• Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC) or equivalent.

• Basic computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication skills in English and/or Kannada.

Additional Information:

• Training will be provided for selected candidates.

• Candidates must be flexible with working hours as per the company’s rotational shift requirements.

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Nelamangala, Bangalore.
