We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Domestic Data Entry Operator to manage, update, and maintain accurate data records in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a strong ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately and efficiently.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any identified issues.
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Maintain and manage records in physical and digital formats.
Generate and export reports as required by management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely data collection and entry.
Follow data confidentiality and security protocols.
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of database management systems (DBMS).
Familiarity with data management software or CRM tools.
Experience in handling domestic (India-based) data entry projects
