Job Description – PMS Data Analyst (Marine ERP | Shipping Industry) 
Location: Navi Mumbai 
Experience: 0 – 3 Years 
 

Role Overview: 
As a PMS Senior Data Analyst, you will work on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) data building for vessels, ensuring accurate and high quality data population in ERP systems for global shipping clients. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review and analyze vessel manuals and technical documents 

• Extract, validate, and populate equipment, machinery, and maintenance data in PMS 

• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery 

• Collaborate with team members and report progress to Project Manager 
   

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Education: Marine / Mechanical Engineering (Degree or Diploma) 

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome) 

• Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF tools) 

• Knowledge of ship machinery & equipment preferred 

• Good communication and analytical skill
