We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has good communication skills for telecalling tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of English and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems

• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, or customer support

• Assist with collecting and verifying information over the phone

• Prepare simple Excel reports as per management requirements

• Coordinate with the team for data-related tasks

• Perform basic clerical duties as needed

  Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, etc.)

  • Good communication skills for telecalling

  • Basic understanding of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any stream

    • Prior experience in data entry or telecalling is a plus
