We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join the team at Dr. Sourav Sir’s Classes. The candidate will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining academic, student, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update student admission details, payment records, and course enrollments in the system.

Maintain and organize digital databases, spreadsheets, and student records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management.

Verify data accuracy before entering and cross-check for errors or missing information.

Assist in coordinating communication between telecallers, faculty, and admin teams.

Manage Google Sheets, Excel files, and internal databases for student tracking.

Upload and maintain lecture schedules, test series data, and attendance records.

Handle basic clerical tasks such as scanning, file naming, and organizing folders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); Graduate preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and textual data.

Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 words per minute preferred).

Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.

Good communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi.

Prior experience in education institutes, coaching centers, or admin work preferred.

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (timing may vary as per requirement)

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
