Job Description Data Entry Operator (SAP)

Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Bhiwandi
Salary: Up to 24,000 CTC per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Industry Preference: Logistics / Warehouse / Manufacturing / Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and data processing activities in ERP systems

• Handle SAP data entry operations and maintain system records

• Update and manage master data, inventory records, invoices, and documentation

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and accounts teams for data verification

• Ensure timely and error-free entries in SAP and Excel

• Generate reports and maintain proper documentation records

• Monitor data accuracy and resolve mismatches if any

• Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of company data

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP data entry operations

• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP system is mandatory

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle daily operational data

Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate

• Any relevant certification in SAP or computer operations will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
