The Back Office Associate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the front-end teams. The role involves managing data, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of back-end processes.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
Process and verify data, documents, and applications as per company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
Support HR/Finance/Operations teams with backend activities such as attendance, billing, payroll assistance, and documentation.
Handle email correspondence, documentation, and file management.
Coordinate with front office, sales, and client servicing teams to provide necessary backend support.
Assist in compliance, audits, and record-keeping activities.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of organizational data.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong data management and reporting skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills.
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
0–3 years of experience in back-office/operations role.
