Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to join our team. The Back Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and databases.
Document Processing: Prepare, organize, and file documents, both physical and electronic.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing office supplies.
Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Other duties as assigned: Be willing to assist with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
12th Pass minimum
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Basic problem solving skills.
