Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to efficiently input, update, and maintain data in our computer systems and databases. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.

• Fast typing skills (minimum 40–60 WPM).

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel), and databases.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data management software or CRM systems.

Work Environment:
