Position Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to manage and maintain accurate company records. The selected candidates will work in teams assigned to different departments within the company to ensure smooth and systematic handling of company data, records, transactions, and candidate information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data (project records, contracts, employee details, financial transactions, inventory, etc.)

2. Verify and cross-check information to ensure completeness and correctness of records.

3. Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference.

4.Coordinate with department heads and team leads to receive and submit timely data updates.

5.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.

6.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management as required.

7.Assist with scanning, photocopying, filing, and digital archiving of records.

8.Monitor data management procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.
