We’re looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Data Executive to manage data operations, reporting, and system maintenance across our internal platforms. This role involves working with Excel, Google Docs, CRM/ERP systems, Company Website Data Uploading and AI tools to keep data clean, accurate, and insightful.

You’ll handle backend operations, create reports, and support the team with smart use of automation and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update data in CRM/ERP systems, Company Website and Company Software with accuracy.

• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Maintain clean and organized records in Docs/Sheets.

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Workspace, and Canva for automation and visuals.

• Ensure documentation accuracy in English and Hindi.

  Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or back-office work.

  • Strong in Excel and familiar with CRM/ERP systems.

  • Good communication and typing skills in English & Hindi.

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc preferred).

  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
