We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable data entry clerk to join our legal support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our legal management systems and databases, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
Enter clients' legal document data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
Assist legal staff in preparing reports, forms, and documentation.
Perform regular data quality audits and cleanups.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Respond to internal data requests and queries in a timely manner.
Support the legal team with administrative tasks as required.
Proven experience in data entry or an administrative role (experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus).
Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with legal terminology and legal management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
