Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or systems.
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies or duplication.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Retrieve information from various sources and verify its accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
