Job Description – Data Entry & Accounting Executive

Company: Harold Electricals
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other business documents.

• Manage accounting tasks using Tally ERP, including voucher entries, billing, inventory updates, and basic bookkeeping.

• Maintain ledgers, cash book, purchase/sales records, and assist with account reconciliation.

• Prepare and update reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).

• Organize and maintain financial files and ensure data accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and data-related requirements.

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and accounting operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tally ERP and data entry.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting concepts.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
