Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our Purchase Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining purchase-related data in our systems. You will support the procurement team by ensuring timely and accurate documentation, assisting with records management, and coordinating with suppliers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders, vendor details, and invoice information into the ERP or internal systems.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documents.

• Verify and cross-check data from various sources for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in tracking purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and maintain reports related to purchase and inventory.

• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information.

• Support the procurement team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a purchase or procurement department.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement tools is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company is desirable.

• Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.
