Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Data Entry Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions, invoices, and maintaining accounting records. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter financial data, bills, and vouchers into accounting software accurately

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records

• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries

• Manage digital and physical filing of documents

• Support the accounts team in reconciliations and reporting

• Ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounts/data entry

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, or any accounting software

• Good typing speed and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data

• Strong organizational skills
