The Computer Operator will be responsible for handling data entry, document processing, and supporting digital tasks related to vehicle registration, license processing, and departmental administration at the RTO. The role requires daily travel between offices or fieldwork locations; hence, owning a two-wheeler is mandatory.
Data entry and processing of vehicle registration, licenses, permits, and other transport-related documents.
Scanning, uploading, and maintaining digital records in government systems (e.g., VAHAN, SARATHI).
Assisting with online and offline application processing.
Coordinating with applicants, agents, and department officers as required.
Regular travel between RTO branches or field locations for documentation or delivery tasks.
Handling correspondence, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of official data.
Education: preference for Diploma/Graduate.
Experience: 6–1 years in a similar data entry/operator role preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, Data Entry, and Internet usage.
Knowledge of VAHAN/SARATHI portal is a plus.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic understanding of administrative procedures.
Other Requirements:
Must own a valid two-wheeler and have a driving license.
Familiarity with local geography and RTO procedures.
Ability to manage time and tasks independently.
