• Ensure all documents are filed in the correct location and are easily retrievable.

• Retrieve documents and records as requested by staff or supervisors.

• Perform routine checks to ensure the filing system is up-to-date and complete.

• Handle confidential documents with discretion.

• Coordinate with team members for record tracking and updates.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the filing area.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing as needed.
