Daily data entry and data management in Excel and company software
Maintain and organize digital records and files
Generate daily/weekly reports as per department requirements
Handle printing, scanning, emailing, and other basic computer tasks
Assist in maintaining inventory and records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all data work
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
Typing speed should be good and error-free
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage files and folders systematically
Internet and email handling skills
Good communication and team coordination
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
1+ year experience as Computer Operator or Data Entry preferred (Fresher with good Excel also welcome)
