Key Responsibilities:

• Visit defaulters as per the daily schedule.

• Follow up on pending EMIs and overdue accounts.

• Negotiate payment solutions with customers.

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

• Maintain good customer conduct and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Prior experience in collections or field work is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
