We are looking for a Clerk to join our team ICSI . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support: Handle routine administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and sort/distribute mail.
Record keeping: Maintain and update company records, databases, and files with accuracy.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Office management: Monitor office supplies, order new stock, and maintain equipment like photocopiers and printers.
Customer service: Act as a first point of contact for clients or customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 Years. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
