We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support our DSA operations. The role involves processing loan applications, maintaining documentation, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth backend workflow. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, possess good communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end loan processing work (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.)
Data entry of customer information into CRM or lender portals
Prepare and verify loan documents before submission to banks/NBFCs
Follow up with banks, NBFCs, and sales team for application status
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
Communicate with clients for missing documents or clarifications
Coordinate with sales and telecalling team for documentation and follow-up
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with financial products and documentation processes (preferred)
Knowledge of bank/DSA CRM portals (optional but a plus)
