Responsibilities

Lead qualification: Gather information from prospects to qualify them based on predefined criteria and prepare them for sales interactions.
Database management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases in the company's CRM software.
Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
Sales support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports to track performance and share with management.
