Position: Back-End / Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back-End / Back Office Executive to support hotel operations from behind the scenes. The role involves administrative tasks, coordination with various departments, data management, and ensuring accuracy in daily hotel processes.
Maintain and update daily operational reports (occupancy, revenue, guest lists, etc.)
Assist with reservations, bookings, and room inventory updates
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations
Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
Support accounting tasks such as bill posting, invoice checking, and basic reconciliation
Manage data entry and maintain accuracy of information in hotel systems (PMS)
Prepare MIS reports for management when required
Handle backend guest queries through email or system messages
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and SOPs
Assist in vendor coordination and procurement support
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Basic understanding of hotel operations and PMS (Opera/IDS/Ezee/other)
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Team coordination and problem-solving ability
