We leverage technology to simplify the lending process and empower our customers.")________________________________________(Job Summary)We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Backend Executive to manage our personal loan processing operations. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our lending process, responsible for everything from application verification to final loan disbursement. This role is critical for ensuring a smooth, compliant, and timely loan approval process for our customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our operational success.________________________________________(Key Responsibilities)• Loan Application Processing: Receive and review personal loan applications from various channels, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete.• Documentation & Verification:o Scrutinize and verify applicant documents, including KYC (Aadhaar, PAN), income proof (salary slips, bank statements), and employment details.o Conduct tele-verification with applicants or their employers to confirm provided information.• Credit & Risk Assessment Support:o Input applicant data accurately into the Loan Origination System (LOS) or CRM.o Check CIBIL/credit scores and report any discrepancies as per the credit policy.• Coordination & Follow-up:o Liaise with the sales team to rectify any deficiencies or collect pending documents from applicants.o Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to ensure smooth application flow.• Disbursement Process:o Prepare and check loan agreements and other legal documents.o Initiate the final loan disbursement process upon approval, ensuring accuracy in account details and loan amounts.• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain organized digital and physical records of all loan files.
