Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quotations And Tenders Executive to handle customer inquiries and prepare accurate, timely quotations for our products and services. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to manage multiple quote requests daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries received.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, purchase) to get pricing and product details.

• Ensure timely follow-up on quotes sent and assist the sales team with customer responses.

• Maintain records of all quotations, revisions, and negotiations.

• Handle basic documentation for tenders and online submissions if required.

• Manage and update price lists, product catalogues, and quotation formats.

• Support in order processing once quotations are approved by clients.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Time management and ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:

• 12th /Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in preparing quotations or pricing-related work

• Experience in handling industrial/lab equipment quotations is an added advantage
