Legal Cloud is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office & Documentation Executive to support daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of legal documentation processes. The role involves managing clerical and administrative tasks related to legal work, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in day-to-day office requirements.
Printing and managing stamp papers for legal documentation.
Coordinating and assisting with notary work as required.
Maintaining and updating data on Excel sheets and other digital records.
Keeping the daily entry register updated and accurate.
Handling filing, record-keeping, and documentation in an organized manner.
Providing administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Assisting in any other back-office or operational tasks as directed by management.
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts/Management preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Prior experience in back-office/administrative work preferred (not mandatory).
