Job Title: Process Coordinator
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our growing team. We are an Interior design and infrastructure company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers a supportive work environment, growth opportunities, and a competitive salary of ₹10,000 – ₹16,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organise physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Coordinate with site teams and office staff to ensure daily tasks are completed as planned.
Take regular follow-ups from site personnel and update progress reports.
Track daily work status and maintain proper documentation.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and suggest process improvements.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with higher management or the Director.
Support internal operations by ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
