We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain effective job postings across various platforms.
Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment reports.
Build strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter, HR executive, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS tools.
