We are seeking a motivated and professional Back Office Staff to join our team for Bs Tel Digital Solutions Private Limited in Nagpur at our Medical Chowk location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹8000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
