Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Assistant who will manage online portals, coordinate with customers, generate new leads, and support the sales team in order processing and follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and update company portals, B2B platforms, and customer inquiries.

• Call customers for order follow-up and sales coordination.

• Generate new leads through portals, internet research, and customer references.

• Maintain customer database and daily sales reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, dispatch, and order updates.

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.

• Maintain records in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Graduate / Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.

• Knowledge of online portals and email handling will be helpful.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
