Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and requests via inbound calls.
Provide accurate information on banking products and services.
Upsell relevant offerings such as:
Debit/Credit card upgrades
EMI conversions on credit card dues
Top-up loans (Home/Personal)
Insurance products
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products.
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.
