Job Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant (Sales) to support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing data, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and possess basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of sales, client data, and documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders as required.
Coordinate with the sales team to track client requirements and order status.
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and internal departments.
Follow up with clients for payments and order updates.
Generate sales performance reports for management review.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the back office.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or similar field).
Prior experience in back-office or sales support roles will be an added advantage.
