We are a growing and reliable business dealing in doors and door frames, known for our quality products and customer service. We are looking for a female Office Manager with 1–2 years of experience who is responsible, organized, and efficient in handling clients and office operations.

· • Client Handling:
· • Answer and manage customer and vendor calls
· • Coordinate with clients for new and ongoing orders
· • Maintain professional communication and follow-ups
· • Quotations & Orders:
· • Prepare and share accurate quotations
· • Manage client orders from confirmation to dispatch
· • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams
· • Billing & Documentation:
· • Create GST-compliant bills/invoices using Tally
· • Maintain records of quotations, invoices, payments, and receipts
· • Assist with payment follow-ups and ledger maintenance
· • Daily Office Operations:
· • Oversee smooth daily functioning of the office
· • Maintain files, documents, and inventory records
· • Coordinate between sales, production, and dispatch teams
· • Tally & Data Entry:
· • Enter daily transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses)
· • Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
· • Generate basic reports when needed

· • Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in office/admin roles
· • Proficient in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· • Strong communication and organizational skills
· • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
· • Prior experience in a product-based or trading business is a plus
