Insurance Sales Executive (Backoffice)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the telecalling team and sales executives to ensure proper follow-up on leads.
Handle policy issuance process – documentation, verification, and data entry.
Maintain records of sales, commissions, renewals, and customer communications.
Support sales reporting, MIS, and backend policy operations.
Liaise with insurance partners for policy issuance and updates.
Requirements:
Experience in insurance back-end operations or sales coordination is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and data management.
Ability to multitask and support field/tele sales teams.
Should be organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
